Four New Partners at LK Shields

Promoting Talent - Four New Partners Appointed at LK Shields Solicitors

We are delighted to announce that we have appointed four new Partners in our
Business and Litigation and Dispute Resolution Departments: Aoife Bradley,
Deirdre Kilroy, Orla Gillen and Tom Casey.

We now have
nineteen Partners at
LK Shields Solicitors,
which reflects how rapidly
we are growing.


These internal promotions recognise the individual contributions of each of the new partners to the firm over the years and also the achievements of the departments in which they practise.

Managing Partner, Hugh Garvey,
said, "We are delighted to welcome four such talented solicitors to the partnership. Their appointments clearly demonstrate the firm's continuing growth in all practice areas and will ensure that we continue to deliver outstanding levels of service to all our clients across the business."

Aoife Bradley is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and is a member of the Employment, Pensions and Employee Benefits Unit. Aoife has considerable experience in all aspects of employment law issues, and of general commercial litigation.

Deirdre Kilroy is a Partner in the Business Department and the head of the expanding Intellectual Property and Technology Unit. Deirdre also works as a leading adviser in the area of gaming and gambling law and is a member of the Gaming and Gambling Unit.

Orla Gillen is a Partner in the Banking and Financial Services Unit specialising in asset financing, with a particular focus on the aviation sector. Her practice also extends to a broad spectrum of banking services. Orla heads the banking and commercial lending services, which continue to experience rapid growth.

Tom Casey is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Tom has particular experience in the prosecution of large scale multi-party litigation and in the prosecution and defence of claims before the Commercial Court. Tom has a wealth of experience advising in relation to commercial agency disputes and has been involved in a number of landmark decisions in that area.

Hugh Garvey added, "I have every confidence in the capabilities of our new partners and know that each of them will continue to work tirelessly to provide outstanding levels of solution focused service to the firm's clients."
