Jordi Guso, member of Berger Singerman’s (Florida, USA) Business Reorganization Team resident in its Miami office, has been invited to join the American College of Bankruptcy.  Guso is one of four invitees from the 11th Circuit this year, and the only invitee from Florida.

The College was formed in 1989 and has approximately 650 Fellows that are selected by a Board of Regents from among recommendations received from the Circuit Admissions Council in each federal judicial circuit. ACB members are judges, lawyers, international fellows, accountants, corporate turnaround specialists, government officials and other professionals who are experts in the field of bankruptcy and insolvency.
