The Cheese Bar to open Pick & Cheese, the UK’s first cheese conveyor belt restaurant with the help of Clarkslegal

Pick & Cheese will launch next month in Covent Garden and offer more than 25 different cheeses to guests at the new KERB street food market in Seven Dials.

Clarkslegal partner, Simon Ralphs, who represented Pick & Cheese explained “This is a very exciting concept and I was pleased that we were able to help Mathew and the team with it. With the ever increasing number of covered food markets opening it is this type of innovative idea that helps the food trader stand out from the rest. I can’t wait to try it!”
