Join the leader with over 45 years of Satellite Communications experience as an Assistant General Counsel with Intelsat’s Legal Department. This individual will provide principal legal support and counsel on general commercial matters, focusing on negotiation and drafting of customer contracts for the Africa and Asia Pacific Sales teams and actively participating in the negotiation of customer contracts throughout those regions. Assume a leadership role on all legal aspects of the customer relationships in assigned regions, participate in sales and revenue meetings as well as related cross-functional teams and provide back-up support to Assistant General Counsels for the other sales regions. This position is part of the Contracts Team in the Legal Department, will supervise contracts staff and will work closely with the RVP's for Africa and Asia, as well as colleagues in Finance, Sales Engineering, Sales Support, and Marketing to help manage customer contracts and provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.
