achievements in the legal field. Mr. Kochhar was presented the Award by Dr. Farooq Abdullah, Cabinet Minister for New & Renewable Energy, and Shri Mukul Wasnik, Cabinet Minister of Social Justice & Empowerment, at a glittering ceremony held in New Delhi on January 7, 2010.
