Brazil, The Latin Giant, Now Hosts TIAG
With a land mass nearly the size of the United States of America, the Federative Republic of Brazil borders on every South American country except Chile and Ecuador. It’s economy, like its geography, makes it the giant of South America. From 2003 to 2007, Brazil ran record trade surpluses and recorded its first current account surpluses since 1992. Thus it has long been a priority of TIAG to attract a member firm in Brazil.
We are therefore very excited to announce our first Brazilian member: GRUPO PLANUS SOLUÇÕES EMPRESARIAIS, based in Rio de Janeiro, with a branch office in Macaé. Word from the TIAG Member in Mumbai Many thanks for your kind email. Obviously the entire city is shaken and people are scared to move out. The entire incident took place in South Mumbai were all the commercial offices and Hotels are located. Our office is close to the CST railway station were almost 10 people were killed in open firing. By god's grace none of our staff or partners have suffered. We did had to shut down our offices for few days.
All the people have been gluing to their TV sets all the time to know the latest updates. I am happy to state that as of now from the sources on TV news channels I have learnt that our army has successfully overcome all the terrorists. As you would know Mumbai has always been a very warm place for the tourists and TAJ and OBEROI hotels have been great icons of this city. It was really very painful to see these monuments in flames for past few days. All the people are still in disbelief that such an event has actually happened in Mumbai. We will return to normalcy soon.
